About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Expert Level I to join our team at Auxis. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, utilizing your knowledge of IT frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Auxis clients
  • Utilize knowledge of IT frameworks and best practices to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies
Requirements
  • English - Spanish language proficiency (B2+ or above)
  • None experience or at least 1 year of technical support experience
  • Knowledge/Training on best practices or IT frameworks, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • High School diploma
  • Excellent communication skills and involvement
