Technical Support Expert

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Expert to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing expert-level support to customers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales pursuit teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and new technologies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
