Customer Issue Resolution Specialist

Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals at 3M to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to customer complaints.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer complaints.
- Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates on the status of their complaints.
- Use Salesforce and SAP systems to track and resolve customer complaints.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and resolution processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of combined experience in customer service, dispute resolution, and/or accounts payable and receivable.
- English proficiency level B2+.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
