Strategic Operations Manager for Business Excellence

Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Strategist to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across the Product organization at ServiceNow. Our team collaborates in business analysis, project management, and strategy to deliver exceptional results.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to gain or extend their experience in strategy, planning, business analysis, project management, and operations at a high-growth enterprise software company.
The ideal candidate will report to a senior member of the team and work closely with other team members to directly contribute to our overall success. Key responsibilities include:
- Be a key team member embedded in the strategic operations team across the Workflow.
- Partner with the Product leadership team on various efforts.
- Provide deep understanding and supporting data of business performance, customer behavior, and product to inform business decision-making and influence product roadmaps.
- Owning key data models and analytics infrastructure in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Modeling business initiatives leveraging key metrics: revenue, customers, costs, investments, industry trends, roadmap.
- Structuring complex problems, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and suggesting recommendations in high-quality output (written and oral).
- Managing initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence across our portfolio, in partnership with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify opportunities, unlock productivity, and accelerate execution.
- Program-managing cross-functional initiatives and programs including coordinating day-to-day activities, identifying risks, and hosting regular update meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience preferably in tech strategy/ops functions, management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
- Top-notch data analytics and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize.
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions; excellent English skills required.
- Ability to gain and maintain an intimate understanding of the business' key drivers, proactively proposing ways to increase business performance and efficiency.
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is a big plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from strategy, inception, through to execution a major plus.
