Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Training Specialist to join our Customer Enablement team at Zenoti. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, customer service, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver standardized instructional materials and training curricula with clear learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Conduct product training sessions through various channels and formats.
  • Support the implementation phase either remotely or on-site as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with global customers.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams.
  • Strong logical and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to understand and manage customer expectations.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Fluency in European and Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing, teaching, training, or instructional design role.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
