Job Description:
- Schedule and coordinate meeting spaces to ensure seamless communication among team members
- Greet visitors and provide a comfortable environment for them
- Assess incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate party
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including data entry and document preparation
- Participate in team goals and collaborate with small teams on various projects
- Maintain awareness of vendors or non-client persons in the office area
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in office management or reception
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong orientation towards client service
