Job Overview TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.
Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries.
They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Recepción y Atención al Cliente: - Saludar a los visitantes y clientes de manera cordial, carismática y profesional.
- Gestionar llamadas telefónicas y transferirlas a las personas adecuadas.
- Responder a consultas generales y proporcionar información básica sobre la empresa y sus servicios.
- Atención de llamadas en central telefónica.
Tareas Administrativas: - Gestionar el correo entrante y saliente, así como el correo electrónico.
- Realizar el mantenimiento de registros.
- Coordinar la programación de salas de reuniones y eventos.
- Realizar pedidos de suministros de oficina y gestionar el inventario.
- Recibir facturas de proveedores y redireccionarlas o preparar la PR correspondiente.
- Coordinación de mensajería - Asistencia a Gerencias cuando se solicita.
Competencias Principales
• Habilidades de Comunicación: La capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita, es esencial.
Debe ser capaz de interactuar con clientes, visitantes y colegas de manera clara y cortés.

• Organización: La gestión de múltiples tareas, la programación de reuniones y la coordinación de eventos requieren una excelente capacidad de organización.
La agenda de recepción puede ser muy dinámica, por lo que es fundamental mantenerse organizado.

• Orientación al Cliente: Un asistente administrativo en la recepción a menudo es la primera impresión que las personas tienen de la empresa, por lo que debe ser amable, servicial y capaz de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y visitantes.

• Manejo del Tiempo: La capacidad de priorizar tareas y gestionar eficazmente el tiempo es esencial para evitar retrasos y garantizar un flujo constante de trabajo.

• Habilidades de Recepción de Llamadas: La capacidad de manejar llamadas telefónicas de manera profesional y amigable, así como dirigirlas correctamente, es esencial.

• Adaptabilidad: Las situaciones en la recepción pueden cambiar rápidamente.
La capacidad de adaptarse a cambios repentinos es una competencia valiosa.

• Trabajo en Equipo: A menudo, trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos y colegas, por lo que la capacidad de colaborar y comunicarse efectivamente es esencial.

• Presentación Personal y Profesional
• Capacidad para Mantener la Calma bajo Presión: Puede enfrentar situaciones estresantes o personas difíciles, por lo que es importante mantener la calma y la cortesía en todo momento.
Experiencia
• Experiencia: mínimo entre 3 y 4 años en posiciones similares de atención y servicio al cliente, labores administrativas.

• Lenguaje: Español / Ingles mínimo B2 
• Debe estar familiarizado con programas informáticos comunes como Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) para gestionar las tareas administrativas y las comunicaciones.
