Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to C-Suite executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Offer backup assistance during vacations and times of absence to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Process meeting requests, arrange travel, and prepare T&E reports for team members.
- Manage Accounts Payable vouchers and corresponding documentation.
- Promptly prepare correspondence and liaison with various departments as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment working with senior executives.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and other team communication tools.
- Solid organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, work independently, and demonstrate a teamwork-oriented mindset.
