Job Description

Cbre is seeking an highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business operations.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate data entry and record filing for client invoices, vouchers, and payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, including journal entries, payroll summaries, and reconciliations.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for administration and are looking for a challenging role, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team
- Assist with data entry and record filing for client invoices, vouchers, and payments
- Prepare financial reports, including journal entries, payroll summaries, and reconciliations
- Coordinate corporate meetings and assist with travel arrangements
- Maintain office supply inventory and organization

Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or associated field
- 2-5 years of experience in administration and accounting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
