Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-level data administration on a day-to-day basis within the HR systems environment.
  • Ensure master data accuracy for payroll payments.
  • Follow processes according to BAT standards.
  • Solve master data issues and execute master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records to align with audit requirements.
  • Understand the effects of master data settings on how the system performs so that processes work and meet customer needs.
  • Process clients' daily matters with high-quality service.
  • Ensure correct Internal Control process by month and respective documentation for audit purposes and procedures.
