We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office services and programs, including reception, mail/post services, space management, and parking. Excellent time management and organization skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties
- Receive product delivery from vendors and confirm with IT and Staff Accountant
- Responsible for managing office services and programs such as reception, mail/post services, space management, and parking
- Be involved in the creative planning and production of activities and mixers, including price quoting and comparison of items, gifts, venues, vendors, services, and products
- Evaluate and select vendors for office supplies and services
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent administrative technical degree
- 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably as an administrative assistant or receptionist
- Experience managing vendors and facilities is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess own vehicle for company-related tasks and driver's license (B1)
