">Job Description
">The Hr/Operations Coordinator will partner directly with the US HR team and leadership to optimize employee experience for the Costa Rica team, and support broader global HR projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities include updating HR systems, preparing HR-related reports, addressing employee queries about benefits, owning employee orientation and onboarding process, providing support with global mobility / immigration for employees, helping with office location or co-working space finding, and managing shipping, postage and stationary stock.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">We are seeking a strong administrator who understands the importance of process and procedure, but appreciates the fast-paced environment of a growing tech company. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, have minimum 2 years as HR Admin, Office Manager, or related experience, and possess strong relationship-building skills, resourcefulness, and self-direction.
