This role will be responsible for handling an extensive array of administrative tasks including preparation & tracking expense reports, coordinating meetings & group & company events and arranging transportation and travel logistics for visitors. The ideal candidate should be able to handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion.

The successful candidate will assist in preparation of presentations and correspondence, assist in preparation of business/client meetings both in-office and off site, coordination and scheduling of outbound correspondence and shipments, facilitation of standard employee requests through the internal request tracking system, collaboration with office facilities on ordering supplies and maintenance of office furniture, equipment and overall building conditions.

The candidate should have a strong organizational and prioritization skills with the capability to perform seamlessly & professionally. Detail oriented, able to think and work independently with little direction. Occupational Health & Safety knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices is a plus. Experience in management of outsourced staff is a plus.
