Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Specialist - Email Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition. Your goal will be to increase traffic to product pages, encourage conversion, and improve customer relationships through targeted email communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM, preferably within financial services or subscription-based business environments. You must have a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and data-driven insights. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
