**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative for Ebike Dealers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and exceptional customer service to ebike dealers in the US.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Technical, Service Minded Hotline support to bike dealers in a confident, friendly manner.
  2. Respond to end consumer calls for technical, general product support, and spare parts, etc topics.
  3. Troubleshoot, and resolve technical or software related issues of eBikes using active listening and a positive attitude.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Make decisions on warranty per company guidelines.
  6. Document calls/cases in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum High school Diploma, Associates degree preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a customer service environment providing phone support or in-person customer support.
  • Quick understanding/ learning capabilities, good in working with modern IT / PC and CRM tools.
  • Great communication skills, customer service, confident, efficient, and responsible.
