We are seeking a talented Customer Success Consultant to join our Intelligent Automation team. As a key member of our CEnS organization, you will work closely with customers to understand their goals and objectives and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Power Platform to design and deliver solutions that drive business value and transform customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions using Power Platform capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of our solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
