Job Description

As a technical support engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to our customers. This will involve:
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to VMware products and services.
  • Providing clear and concise instructions to customers on how to resolve their technical issues.
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting solutions to technical issues and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with VMware products and services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
