This is an exciting opportunity to work on something that matters. As a Merchant Risk Investigator, you will be part of a team that evaluates merchant accounts and safeguards Amazon's global marketplaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate suspicious merchant activity and behavior that could pose a risk to Amazon, our buyers, or merchants.
  • Maintain Amazon's site quality by enforcing Amazon's Policy Guidelines.
  • Be aware of and identify new fraud patterns and trends.
  • Take appropriate action to identify and minimize the risk posed by such trends.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Ability to retrieve data and perform complex analysis to reach data driven decisions on all aspects of risk for Amazon.
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
