Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Red Star Digital CR Limitada. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth production workflows, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Monitor activities, address issues, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Resource Allocation: Triage and orchestrate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure operational standards meet customer expectations by monitoring quality and implementing corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational activities to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and prepare reports for management review.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster open communication channels, address customer concerns promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Encourage collaboration across departments, resolve conflicts effectively, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast resource needs for upcoming projects.
  • Tech Savviness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital production, providing recommendations for adoption or integration as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in operations, with a focus on process improvement, KPIs tracking, production workflow, and business improvement.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering production projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to address operational challenges.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of objectives.
  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with relevant software and technology tools used in operations management, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analytics tools.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
