Business Development Representative for Established Client Base

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a key role in driving revenues and margins for our partners as an Inside Account Representative at TD SYNNEX. This dynamic role involves daily interactions with an established client base, where you will work closely with specific accounts to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and territory profit & loss
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills to manage growth and profitability
- Identify business growth opportunities
You will be responsible for generating new business through inbound and outbound calling, coordinating with field sales teams, and building and maintaining relationships at all levels with customers. Your ability to identify potential issues and challenges, provide timely visibility, and develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts will be invaluable.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience or equivalent relevant experience and education. The ideal candidate will be able to execute instructions, demonstrate strong data entry skills, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. You must also communicate clearly, convey necessary information, and negotiate skillfully.
