Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Global Director Assistant to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, providing exceptional support to our Client Global Directors and their teams.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Coordinate diaries, arrange leadership team and executive meetings & conference calls globally;
- Manage document and file storage, including providing or restricting access to confidential items;
- Organize national and international travel, including meeting and transport arrangements;
- Provide administrative support, including production of correspondence, reports, and presentations;
- Manage expense claims and develop effective working relationships with clients and internal colleagues;
Requirements
">- Experience in providing Executive Assistant support to Senior Directors/leaders in a corporate environment;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions where necessary;
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills;
- Able to prioritize workload, attention to detail, and willingness to complete projects in a timely manner;
