Job DescriptionYour primary objective as a Customer Support Technician will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, minimizing their time and effort required for resolution. You will need to maintain regular communication with your Team Lead and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as schedule adherence, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Service Levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications- B2+ or above English Level
- Technical Troubleshooting experience
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to take on-site training for 3 weeks
In order to excel in this position, you should possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You must also be able to balance multiple tasks effectively and prioritize customer needs accordingly.
