We're looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our technical support team. As an Enterprise Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular meetings with direct reports and individual contributors to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Recruit and develop high-performing talent within the team.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to manage career paths, employee well-being, and recognition programs.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement through debriefs, training, and enrichment activities.
- Develop and execute plans to minimize attrition and improve resource utilization.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships with a successful track record of driving retention and growth.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team, with a proven ability to inspire and coach team members to excel in their roles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making, with a focus on execution and results-oriented thinking.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with key executives, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
