About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Rewards Business Process Expert to lead our network and enable our way of working.

As a key member of our team, you will create and lead detailed plans, manage the backlog, and lead prioritization and initiative routines to support our Global Total Rewards teams at scale. You will collaborate with our Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) on designing user-centric solutions, building, measuring, and learning where we can improve user experience, drive effectiveness, and deliver efficiencies as a strategic enabler of value creation for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Compensation, Equity & Mobility initiative requirement business analysis, requirements documentation, and develop, lead, and execute E2E testing/defect strategy for the project.
  • Be a subject matter expert of Workday Compensation (Core and Advanced), Equity, and Mobility Business Processes, Compensation DevOps tools, and internal dashboards.
  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements (functional and non-functional).
  • Write use cases, user stories, or requirements specification documentation depending on the project type.
  • Business Process Mapping - visualize work by creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to provide direction to the cross-functional team and build change management plans.
  • Gain in-depth functional understanding of existing solutions and data flows between platforms.
  • Map business requirements to existing capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Participate actively in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and work closely with various internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are met.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Facilitate requirements sign-off, including requirements walk-throughs and requirements workshops.
  • View and monitor defects, proactive knowledge sharing, serve as liaison between users, vendors, and technical groups to resolve issues.
  • Research and resolve the root cause of a problem and resolve it timely while juggling multiple other initiatives.
  • Work with the Networked Organization to identify and execute process improvement opportunities balancing both end-user and operations perspectives to drive overall value.
  • Develop strong partnerships with developers to plan and prioritize, coordinate Workday releases, and WD tenant management (refreshes).

Requirements

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Six Sigma experience and/or training.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or testing lead.
  • Workday experience eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements and leading and executing E2E for Workday Compensation Business Processes is preferred.
