Service Quality Manager

This Service Quality Manager role will require an on-site presence. As a member of our team, you will drive the definition of a quality policy that considers customer perspective and area requirements.
Your responsibilities will include developing, modifying, applying, and maintaining quality standards for our services, working with different area owners to understand processes and ensure documents are properly documented, considering quality standards, and devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, evaluating, and improving our services.
Responsibilities- Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment, conducts quality assurance tests, and performs statistical analysis to assess service conformance to required standards and specifications
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur
- Establishes accident prevention measures and plans training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations
