**Service Operations Role**
We are seeking a skilled Shared Service Environments Manager to join our Global Business Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service operations in support of Mondelez International's business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
- Co-own the development of standard operating procedures, driving standardization and simplification of processes.
- Analyze and report on exceptions, offering recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
**Requirements**
- Experience in Shared Service Environments (1-2 years)
- Advanced English is required; Portuguese is desired
- Experience in Managing HR systems (Workday, Service Now) is desirable
- Ability to influence line managers and advocate for the right course of action
- Able to plan and manage a variety of people processes
- Skilled with technology and technical tools (e.g., case management tool, HR databases)
