**As a **Shared Service Center Materials Manager**, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Engage with Intel factory stakeholders throughout the world and help execute strategies related to bills of materials creation, materials acquisition, inventory health/optimization, and other programs to support factories and reduce Intel's overall costs.
- Analyze data and help develop improved business processes and metrics and coach newer shared service center employees.
- Provide assessments to stakeholders, establish contingency/gap closure plans, and closely monitor program indicators.
- Problem Solving
- Identifies problems, root causes, and quickly develops solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, with an ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range of stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor, Licenciatura degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- 1 year of work experience in a technology, manufacturing or pharmaceutical company.
- Advance English level.
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics Skills.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

- Analytical and Problem-solving skills (LEAN methodology - advantage)
