América's Sales Enablement Lead

This position is part of the Americas Customer Enablement and Solutions Team within Intel's Go To Market Organization. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 customer business analysts in setting priorities, achieving results across boundaries, and developing employees. The role involves immersing yourself in New Business Transformation, enabling and ramping new businesses, and influencing cross-organizational teams with key partners across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Trade.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a talented team of customer business analysts to provide growth and development opportunities through trusted leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Order to Cash business capabilities, including Order Management, Credit Management, Order Fulfillment, and Outbound Logistics.
- Establish strategic plans and objectives globally across senior and executive management internal and external to Intel.
- Partner with worldwide ops teams to deliver customer support, build customer trust, drive strategic customer initiatives, and drive Intel/BMG objectives.
- Proven experience leading people/teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and listen empathetically.
- Established track record of responsiveness and outstanding relationship building and networking.
- Flexible and strong ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
