Trade Development Strategist

The Monster Energy Company is seeking a seasoned Trade Development professional to join our team as a Trade Development Strategist. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships within the assigned territory.
About the RoleThis pivotal role is responsible for achieving sales, profit, and market share objectives for all company products in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with distributors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Manage distributor and customer relationships to ensure optimal performance and achieve sales goals
- Align national and regional strategies with the Region Manager and propose local/region strategies for implementation
- Monitor market and retailer activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer programs and activities that impact the market
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:
- +5 years of sales experience in a retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment
- Proven knowledge of wholesalers, distributors, and retail customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and wholesalers
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
