Job Description
Swarovski's Trilingual Customer Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless customer experiences by addressing their needs through efficient inquiry resolution. Responsibilities
- Address customer queries and complaints by identifying causes, selecting and explaining suitable solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Provide accurate product information, including details on size, color, stock availability, and care instructions.
- Handle all aspects of online orders, including placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
- Adhere to established communication procedures and guidelines using relevant templates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles within multinational contact centers.
- Proficiency in English and German language (C1 level).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and systems.
- Online business knowledge is beneficial.
- Capacity to navigate multiple systems while supporting customers.
- Rapid learning capabilities and understanding of business processes.
- Conflict resolution skills to address customer complaints and provide unsatisfactory solutions.
