**Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Contact Center organization ranging from 50 - 100 agents. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of contact center representatives.
- Analysing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and establishing effective communication tools and processes.
- Completing regular management reports, as required, summarizing production activities and trends, service level standards (and issues/opportunities, as appropriate).
- Participating in the company's Transformation moment by proposing new ideas and driving change.
