Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Brand Programs Manager to lead our brand journey. This role will shape the strategy to build programs increasing awareness and reputation for Splunk. As a key member of our team, you will develop and launch global brand media campaigns driving C-level awareness and reputation of Splunk.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global brand media campaigns partnering with our media agency and in-house teams.
- Develop credibility and relationships with internal partners and be seen as the authority on corporate campaigns and programs.
- Measure business impact and ROI using data-driven insights and research.
- Maintain and refine our brand architecture, balancing growth with coherence.
- Lead the brand naming process across products, teams, events, and services, ensuring relevance, impact, and compliance.
Requirements:
- 12+ years in developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns and programs with experience in brand marketing, advertising, paid media, and/or campaigns.
- Experience leading strategy and planning for marquee B2B and/or B2C brands.
- Direct experience crafting multi-channel brand campaigns including media strategy and activation plans across various markets.
- Brand architecture and naming expertise is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with continuous evolution.
- Natural storytelling skills with strong executive presence.
- Ability to interpret data and derive relevant insights to inform future campaigns.
- Project management and agency management skills are required.
Estimated Salary Range: $73,000 - $104,000 per year
