Sales Development Representative

Smartsheet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team that lead to high-quality pipeline
- Engage and qualify prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Maintain a high volume of activity via calls and emails that align with clearly communicated metrics
- Leverage our best-in-class technology stack to engage with our prospects and customers
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to deliver business goals
- Enroll and complete our comprehensive onboarding program
- Collaborate with team members across regions to share best practices
- 1 year of sales development or client-facing experience
- Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing position
- Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts
- Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements, and deliver a response presenting Smartsheet as a solution
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals
- Team-oriented attitude to collaborate around a common goal
