As an Inside Account Representative at TD SYNNEX, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our partners. This role involves working with specific, identified accounts to provide appropriate information and support company directives to drive revenues and margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate account plans to ensure continued growth and profitability
• Engage with partners for quotes and orders, ensuring successful team entry
• Effectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growth
• Make inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base to quote prices and provide product information
• Build influential relationships with vendor partners and resellers
• Help resellers navigate vendor programs to maximize profit for both TD SYNNEX and our partners
• Identify and develop business opportunities
• Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase TD SYNNEX's sales and profits
• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interactions with internal and external business partners, customers, and supporting departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards

Requirements:

• Adjust readily to change and adapt as needed in regards to multiple parts of our organization
• Work as part of a team, building solid, effective working relationships with others
• Be able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
• Possess a friendly, outgoing, and socially at ease demeanor
• Execute instructions and request clarification when needed
• Foster and lead multiple lines of communication

• Skillfully negotiate, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
• Provide courteous and timely service
• Attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Education and Experience:

• High School/G.E.D. Certification plus 3 years relevant experience
• 2 Year Degree plus 2 years relevant experience

Preferred Experience and Education:

• 4 year degree with Sales/Marketing emphasis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
