Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to drive growth and profitability.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling, leveraging your sales expertise to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals, and deliver QBR presentations that exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory, ensuring alignment with vendor management goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide visibility to potential issues and challenges, working closely with the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive to resolve customer concerns.
  • Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
  • Travel to TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary, representing the company and building relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Possess a basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives, providing value propositions to customers and driving business growth.
  • Utilize project management skills to complete customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Possess strong data entry skills and ability to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to effectively multi-task and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
Working Conditions:
  • Professional, office environment.
  • Frequent travel required (25%).
