**Role Overview**

This senior leadership role will lead all operations for Selina Tours in a specific location, maintaining relationships with the local community and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing tours and travel experiences, with a deep understanding of the Latin American market.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Manage and lead all Selina Tours operations in the location, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

2. Design and implement optimal business models for existing and new properties, leveraging data insights to drive revenue growth.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with 3rd party partners, including transportation providers, local suppliers, and community stakeholders.

4. Develop and source innovative tour experiences that cater to diverse guest interests and preferences.

5. Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

6. Foster a high-performing team culture, motivating location staff to sell and manage tours effectively.

7. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing department to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.

8. Provide ongoing support to Location Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.

9. Identify opportunities to expand Selina's presence in new locations, opening successful Tours businesses and driving growth across the region.

10. Quantify the local impact of each tour and partner, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.

11. Develop a strategic transportation network between all Selina hostels, enhancing guest mobility and convenience.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the tours and travel industry, preferably in Latin America.

3. A history of living and traveling within Latin America, providing valuable cultural insight and expertise.

4. Experience working with travel agencies and tour operators, including negotiation and partnership development.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
