Position Overview:

In the role of Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with sellers to deliver strategic insights and support aimed at enhancing their business performance on Amazon. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing collaborative business strategies, exploring innovative growth opportunities, and pinpointing operational improvements. Your adeptness in client relations, data analysis, and multitasking will be essential in fostering value and expansion for our sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate data and market trends to optimize the performance of your designated seller portfolio.
  • Guide the formulation of business strategies and create long-term account plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish robust relationships with sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business interests.
  • Champion internal prioritization by representing the customer perspective through data and real-world examples.
  • Set success metrics, comprehend sellers' business requirements, and enhance team productivity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Retail, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar domains.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • A proven history of cultivating customer relationships, identifying business prospects, and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and overseeing projects.
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, or B2B environments.
  • Expertise in territory/account management and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with retail metrics and business decision-making frameworks.
  • Experience with analytical and productivity tools such as Tableau, Oracle BI, SalesForce, and Microsoft Office.
  • A background in program/project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
