Your Key Objectives

As a sales director, you will focus on:

  • Delivering exceptional results through strategic sales opportunity engagement and team leadership
  • Developing, executing, evaluating, and refining aspects of sales strategy, process, and workflow to deliver maximum customer engagement, bookings, and revenue growth
  • Ensuring the team exceeds sales and operational targets
  • Creating a high-performing, energized, and supportive culture emphasizing reward and recognition

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a multi-contact, high-volume inbound and outbound environment
  • +2 years of experience managing and developing a team of managers
  • B2B and SaaS experience is required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience hiring, developing, and managing sales representatives and managers
  • Customer-related systems expertise
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Consultative, needs-benefits selling skills
  • Solution packaging, proposal design, and contract negotiations skills
  • Navigating sales cycles and contracts in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Creativity, flexibility, and objectivity in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Chorus preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, B2 English Proficiency Level or higher
  • Degree or relevant work experience
