- Assure the adequate execution in the region with an effective and efficient use of resources.
- Supervise and analyze territory performance alongside customers to generate action plans.
- Review and analyze sales statistics, weekly/monthly sell out.
- Review on shelf placement strategy execution.
- Edge support, with focus on priority portfolio, pricing, commercial calendar, etc.
- Follow up on innovation and new products encoding in distributors and customers.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- University degree mandatory.
- 3+ business experience in sales, trade and/or customer marketing departments.
- Field execution experience.
- Deep knowledge on market/customer dynamics in each region
- Ms Office advanced.
