What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $1,000 - $1,300 USD per month, paid on time every month, reflects the value we place on your skills and experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat and Google Meet, deescalating challenging situations with empathy and professionalism, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support
    • Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat and Google Meet (when necessary).
    • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
    • Provide clear instructions and guidance on cybersecurity products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • English Proficiency
    • B2-C1 level fluency.
  • Customer Service Experience
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a tech or cybersecurity environment.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective articulation of technical concepts.
