Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bosch Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to luxury vehicle owners, responding to emergency situations, and collaborating with other call center agents to ensure a unified response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Emergency Response: Monitor live feeds to identify emergencies and respond accordingly, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other call center agents to share information and coordinate a unified response to emergency situations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines.
  • Language: English B2+ or C1.
