As a Client Support Representative (CSR), you will engage directly with clients based in the US, building relationships and becoming the operational expert who assists clients in navigating their financial journeys. The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will manage client inquiries by collaborating with various internal departments, including portfolio management, sales, and service.

The Day-to-Day:
- Communicate with high-net-worth clients via phone and email in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Execute operational tasks between Fisher Investments and our premier brokerage partners who serve as our dedicated custodians.
- Engage with clients to establish and manage accounts, resolving documentation and transfer challenges.
Your Qualifications:
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality work while adhering to timelines.
- Ability to overcome challenges and learn from setbacks while striving for improvement.
- Engaging personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences through phone and email.
