Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Support Representative to join our team at Tebra. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to our clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering questions in a friendly and informative manner.
- Assist clients in navigating our platform, providing training and guidance to empower them to use our software to its full potential.
- Work closely with our internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues and improve our product and processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' challenges and needs, using this insight to inform our product development and strategy.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our support team, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure we're delivering the best possible support to our clients.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to persuade, present, and problem-solve.
- High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or healthcare industry.
- Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of software and technology.
- A professional and friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to learn and adapt.
