About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CRM systems a plus
