About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our Loyalty Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our clients, identifying and resolving customer issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to our clients, responding to inbound requests and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer metrics to identify early indicators of potential cancellations and proactively address customer concerns
  • Work closely with the customer to resolve issues and develop solutions to retain business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and cohesive customer experience
Your Professional Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A professional and friendly demeanor
  • Keen problem-solving skills and superb attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite
