About the Role:

The Technical Adoption Manager is accountable for driving long-term customer success and demonstrating the value of HashiCorp's products to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer goals and outcomes, as well as strong interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring adoption and health through proactive outreach and issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute customer success journeys using prescribed playbooks, aligned with customer business priorities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve risks and issues, communicate effectively with customers, and drive deployment of software products or solutions to global companies.
  • Maintain accurate account data in Gainsight, ensuring timely creation and upkeep of health scores, notes, success plans, and calls to action.
  • Contribute to building great customer success practices that scale across the team, leveraging technology to support digital customer success journeys and outreach.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Management, or program management with technical aptitude.
  • Prior hands-on experience is a strong plus.
  • Well-organized self-starter with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication/presentation skills to lead onsite or remote strategic business reviews.
  • Strong listening skills, ability to ask effective questions, and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to discuss high-level technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond quickly and effectively to customer needs, adapt to change, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience working with customer relationship management tools and case management solutions (Gainsight/Salesforce).
  • Able to thrive and be successful in a remote-first culture.
