Responsibilities:

  • Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices, and transparency within and across teams.
  • Identify cases that require escalation either technically or strategically.
  • Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group.
  • Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience.

Qualifications:

You will need:

  • A strong understanding of ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and related systems.
  • Experience working in one or more finance areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Taxes, Human Resources, Project Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Dynamics Ax Management Reporter, Budgeting, Fixed Assets.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing service role in any capacity.
  • Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem-solving skills.
