The Support Coordinator for Operations and Facilities Management will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the GBSO Facilities & Local Sourcing Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating special projects and tasks related to facilities management
- Providing logistical support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Managing office supplies, inventories, and vendors
- Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping for operations and facilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is highly desirable.
