At Dwellworks Costa Rica Ltd, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Corporate Housing team.
The successful candidate will serve as a key support person for the Destination Services and Supply Chain Teams by managing relocation programs within key markets.
This role involves entering, allocating, and tracking orders, as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting of information. The Logistics Coordinator will work collaboratively with team members to analyze order distribution and achieve corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter data into various internal systems
- Select Independent Service Consultants that meet set standards and performance metrics
- Partner closely with Supply Chain Managers to align order assignment function and network management needs
- Maintain strong communication and support overall relationship management of Independent Service Consultants and internal team members
Additional Responsibilities:
- Daily review of key data points to refine operational processes and make necessary adjustments
- Support reporting of assignment data to demonstrate alignment with financial, quality, network management strategy, and operational goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish and English (excellent written skills and verbal skills)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
