Customer Incentive Plan Specialist

At 3M, our Customer Incentive Plan Team is part of the US Operations department, providing administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute merchandising rebate validation calculations, Market Development Fund (MDF) agreement construction, MDF payments, and dispute/deduction reconciliation.
• Build and maintain MDF agreements, administer MDF claims, and utilize Power BI and Excel to validate sales and program results.
• Manage deadlines effectively to ensure metrics are met, generate non-routine and difficult research when requested, and possess advanced Excel skills, including familiarity with conditional formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Requirements:
• Technical degree or higher from an accredited university or a minimum of 1 year combined experience in Finance, Analytics, Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
• Fluency in English and strong leadership capabilities, communication skills, and problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Flexible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and support the well-being of our employees.
